How long have you been doing business on the Internet?
We began on Prodigy in 1991 and migrated to the Internet
in early in 1994.

Do you write the software you sell?
We are not developers. We represent independent
and commercial developers, exclusively.
Return to Top of Page
Do you just recommend the software, or do you make a
commission from your sales?
We are a commercial enterprise, we make a little on the
sale of each piece of software, but because our prices are
so low we rely on volume sales to exist.
Return to Top of Page
Is your software available on the shelves of retail stores?
In many cases we are the sole source, in others only
the developer and ourselves are the source, and yet in others
we are an authorized distributor for the software. None of our
software is available on store shelves.
Return to Top of Page
I have noticed that your prices are sometimes lower than
from the source, are you selling seconds or outdated software?
We only offer the absolute latest versions of all software
in our line. They are new, in the package software, direct
from the developer. We can sell lower because we buy in volume,
and that saves you money.
Return to Top of Page
Do you offer tech support for the software you sell?
Because we are authorized dealers/distributors for all
the software we sell, you get full tech support directly from
the developer.

What about upgrades, do you handle the upgrades yourself?
We do handle upgrades. Once you purchase the software you
become a registered owner and as such are entitled to all the
benefits of having bought the software directly.
You can do either.

Can I have the software sent to a P.O. Box?
Yes, we use US Mail Priority Mail for domestic orders and
US Mail Global Express for International purchases.

How do I order?
You may order here or at our
mirror site. We are fully automated and completely secure. You
may use any major credit card.

What about a money back guarantee, some of your competitors
require an in-store credit or exchange, and will not give a
cash refund, do you?
Absolutely. We think that type of policy diminishes all
e-tailers. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
Besides, that is how we exist, word of mouth from satisfied
customers.

OK, but what about re-stocking fees, aren't they just
a
rip off designed to make you a profit if I return the
software?
Absolutely not. We would much prefer to never charge a
re-stock fee. We only charge you a re-stock fee if the
developer charges us. Or, in certain cases we must ship
the software back to the developer for re-packaging.
The re-stock fee barely covers this cost. Then there
is the fee our bank card processor charges us for the
purchase and again for the refund. This can amount to
well over 15% of the purchase price. We simply ask
that the customer share in the expense.

Yes, but isn't that just a cost of doing business for you?
Some companies charge no restock fee at all.
That may be true, but did you notice that the
products
on which we do have a re-stock fee are frequently
the
ones we discount the most?

Do you accept all credit cards?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and AmEx.
Return to Top of Page
Do you accept CODs?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or AmEx at
the time
of purchase. Or, you may send a personal or
company check. No COD's, sorry.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?
